If they're offering a D200 for $600 it's a scam - run the f*ck away!
You can check a vendor out at http://www.resellerratings.com Go to the tab 'Store ratings', and type in the name in the orange box.
Reliable shops include B&H, RitzCamera, and BeachCamera. These places also offer some of the best (legit) prices around.
Oh, and the D200 is a fantastic camera - I bought mine in April and a few other regulars in this category also use a D200.

Scam, scam, scam. Go to resellerratings.com and check them out. These places, many from Brooklyn, NY, operate under several different names. Bottom line: Check the price at B&H Photo. If any other price is signifigantly lower, then it is a scam.
BTW, don't buy a gray market digital camera. If something goes wrong with it, you will find it difficult or impossible to get it fixed.

Check to see if the camera is "refurnished." Meaning it was sent back to the manufacturer with a defect, which they then fixed. It can't be resold as a new camera, which is why you can often buy them for such a lower price.

At this price it is probably body only. Pay with a credit card and then if there is a scam involved the credit card company will give you back your money.
