I saw many photographers refered to the word "bogeh", what does it mean? It seem like somekind of lens effect but I still have no idea.
Appreciate your answer.

My parents are stressing me out about this. they say that they are not going to reuse their memory card for their Olympus Digital Camera. THey have an XD M - 1GB memory card and i told them that buying a new card instead of reusing their old one is a waste of money... Just wanted to see if anyone agrees with me or my parents and and if so what is the benefit of buying a new one every time...thanks

I want to get my sister a digital camera for her birthday. I don't know much about them. What is good as far as mega pixels, memory and price and suggestions on a model? I'm not looking to spend a fortune.

They are cheaper in price than the Canon lenses that I have looked at but I don't know about their quality. I would be taking photographs to sell, so it must be a high quality lens in order for me to consider using it.

I know the bigger the aperture the faster the shutter speed, but is there a technical name for such a lens? I want to get one that I can use in dim lighting conditions but don't know what exactly to ask for.

Not a tripod or remote shutter release, got those already!

I've just bought a Canon Rebel X on eBay, a film SLR. If I purchase a dSLR in the future, will I be able to use the same lenses, or are they tied to one camera? Is there some sort of lens standard or does it vary?

I have a Canon SD20 digital camera. I lost that part that connects the camera to the computer... it's white..? I have no idea what it's called. I think that it's the same kind that is used with other SD cameras, but not all of them, if that's helpful.

My question is, where can I get another one of those? I looked around on the Canon website and they have all these "Accesories" and stuff, but I just want the basic cable/cord/whatever it's called. Anyone any more tech-savvy know the answer?

Am I old fashoned? What's wrong with a 20 dollar camara? Takes good pictures and I don't need a computer. If I drop it, no big deal. If I lose it, no biggie with that either.
