I think you mean :'Is it possible to make a copy from the POSITIVE or print.'... Yes. Just make a new negative and them make all the prints you want.
I take it you're not talking about a digital negative. But an old fashioned film negative.

Many photo labs can make prints from your negs.
Many of the recent scanners can also make images from negs (but you need a holder that fits your neg size). Then you can print your own.

A NEGATIVE is what prints are made from, and you can have your neg. transformed into a phot print almost anywhere that offers film developing.

Yes. Take the negative to the photo department at WalMart (or wherever), they can make as many prints as you want.
