would like to actually view camera samsung pro815 before i buy "who sells them on the high street" ?

I would rethink buying this camera. Go here and read the review on it. While it has a very impressive-sounding zoom lens, there are some flaws noted with this camera.

Otherwise, probably Best Buy or Circuit City would have them.

I have shot this camera in store, It's slow and big.

My preferance is a DSLR like Pentax *ist DL and get a 18-125 or 18-200 lens to get similar range for around the same money
