I have a cyber pix digital camera it stopped working and i need help it turns on but dosent take pics?

i went to the website but i couldnt read it it was not in english someone else who owns this camera please help it only worked one time then it stopped help me

If it only worked one time it must be new? Take it back where you bought it for exchange.

is the battery good and is it in the proper mode, does screen preview picture?
