im am a hardcore ps2 fan who, couldn't afford the ps3 when it 1st came out, so i bought a wii. but im getting a job this summer and it shouldn't take that long to get $400 bucks. should i invest in the big black beast?

i had a bad exp. with sony tv. that did not even last me one year and half.
i intend to by an LCD 37" but don't know wich to choose from:LG, panasonic, or toshiba.

I think there is sand in the buttons - the "ok" button is jammed and this prevents me from changing any of the options in the menu. Aside from taking to a pro-shop, is there anything I can do to fix this?

Ive got a sony home cinema with 1 optical audio input , and I want to connect my xbox 360 optical out and my sky optical out to it , Im thinking of a splitter or something? any know if this is possible or have any better ideas?

I am asking this bcos I bought new LCD just 2 weeks ago and when I hooked my TV with cable box through AV cable I got the bursting sound. I thought it is bcoz of bad speakers then I exchange my LCd and unfortunately I have the same problem with the new TV. Now I am ready to exchange this one too but trying to find out if something wrong in my home like the way I am doing connections or something wrong with the cable box. Pls suggest. I dont wanna mess up my new LCD again. Thanks
