I ask because i noticed plasma seem to have glass(or plastic?), and i also noticed that some laptops do now which is obviously a LOT easier to clean than your standard LCD screen. And if they don't what is the best way to protect or clean a LCD screen...my laptop looks a nightmare.

i realy want an ipod, but have no idea how expencive they are.
i accept that they will be quite expensive, but if anyone knows where i can find a good quality ipod, that doesn't cost too much, i would really apreciate it!

Hi all,

I would like to buy a wide angle lens for my Canon 400D. I already have an 18-55mm but would like to go down to about 10mm. Buying a converter (such as x0.5) is an inexpensive way of doing this but I was wondering if the picture quality is still as good as buying an actual lens? Can anyone also tell me if there is any distortion at 10mm? And does a converter distort more or less than a lens?

I am a DVD collector and I keep many DVDs in DVD albums. I've already had about 400 DVD movies, which I seldom watch them.

I'm afraid the DVD will get worn-out if I don't play them. I am also afraid that maybe certain fungus could grom on their surface, which might affect the quality of the video playback or the disc itself.

Is it possible to clean the DVD disc with the WD-40 (which most people use it on mechanical parts or to clean grease stain)??

Do you have any tips or suggestion on how to keep my DVDs, so that it is playable even when I die??

Does anyone know of any "modifications" that can be safely used, as in swapping or using software loaded on usb,etc. to play backed up PS2 games for firmware version 2.01. I see a lot of stuff for versions 1.9 and under, but nothing for anything higher. If not does anyone know of a downgrader that would work? (I hope this type of question is allowed.)

They have a lot of different codes and i HATE when a widescreen DVD smushes up into a narrow version on my regular TV.

Ideally i'd like one that plays widescreen ON my regular tv with black bars above and below the picture.

I am trying to decide which game console to buy, PS3, Xbox 360 or the Wii. I can afford the Wii but i can only afford the 40gb model of the ps3 and the 20gb model of the xbox 360. i really like sports, fighting and racing car games and my whole house has wireless internet.
