Consumer Electronics - 10 January 2007

Its an LG 26" Television and all the ports on it are Inports and every combination I have tried on the tv with the plugs nothing works so is the tv trash or can I buy some sort of Box Right now the plugs are in the Digital Cable Box but by doing that I only get surround with my TV and not my video games

I just downloaded itunes so that i could convert my acc. files to mp3. files so that i can play them in windows media player....well now i want to get album art...i tryed to get it off of itunes but i have to make a account but i don't want to put my credit card number on the computer so if anyone has any good sites that are free and that get updated frequently please say so.... :]

i bought a camera from dell.. its a kodak easyshare one... well my usb cord is giving me problems so i tried to order another usb but dell sends me the wrong cord and when i call dell no one seems to be able to help me... if anyone knows where i can buy a cord please let me know.....

when I plug it into my laptop to charge it there is a orange light on but when i press the play button when it is off the charger it blinks green once then orange. is it broken or is it because there are no songs on it?

I'm running an onkyo tx-ds898 receiver, I have 2 sets of cerwin vega cabinets re30's (12's) and re38's (15's). The receiver puts out 110 rms to the fronts. I was going to run that to the 12's. I also have a 75 amp rms 12 volt power supply, and a kinetic HC1800 high current 12 volt battery. I used to work at a car audio store so I have a bunch of stuff I was thinking of hooking up a Precision Power PC2350, witch will deliver 350 rms to each of my 15's. But my main question is is this a dumb idea? is it possible to get signal from my home receiver for a car amp? how do you think it will sound? ...... I'm just not trying to spend any money on a home amp right now.

#1. If I have digital cable (with a receiver), will I only be able to watch the program I am recording?

My birthday is comming up and i was thinking about asking for a ipod nano BUT I'm really not sure how the whole itunes work. Are itunes the only thing you can put on an ipod?? If you've ever opened a PS2 you'll know there's a brown-ish ribbon cable (or whatever it is) connected to the rear of the laser. Can anyone tell me exactly where it's connected to because I took mine out yesterday to repair a different fault and now the PS2 won't read discs and I expect it's because the ribbon cable isn't properly connected! Any ideas? It's the end that attaches to the laser, not the end that attaches to the PS2's internal workings, for want of a better phrase.
I suppose I should have checked before pulling it out.

I've had a look at a lot of reviews for different makes, but the one make that keeps coming out on or near the top is Canon. All I need the camera for is holiday snaps and pictures of my children, and I reckon I'm gonna go for the Canon a630. Does anyone else have one of these, and if so, would you recommend it? Or, can anyone else recommend a different camera in the same price bracket? Thank-you.
