I got a new 30GB iPod Video recently, which is my second iPod. My first was one of the ancient 20GB old ones. I had no problems with it at all, whenever I played songs on it and plugged it into my computer, iTunes would update the number of times I had played each song on my iPod, like it was supposed to.

Now all of a sudden, none of the songs I play on my new iPod end up showing up as played on my iTunes. Like, say, today I listened to a song on my iPod that was brand new and I'd never played it before. On my iTunes it would say zero plays for that song, right? Okay, but when I plug in my iPod, it updates with new songs all fine but it won't show that I played that one song, it'll still say zero plays despite the fact that I listened to it completely from start to finish.

So I was just wondering if there's a box I need to click to make it keep track, or if it's just a glitch or what?

Just got the Chocolate yesterday and am worried about scratching, slider breaking, etc. since I can be somewhat hard on phones. Is this phone resilient or should I switch to the LG 8300, which is more traditional and like my last phone?

I have a Mitsubishi 54" rear projection TV. It's about 8 years old, and works and looks great. It's a 3 color gun (typical) projection system.

My question: Would it be possible to take a HDTV tuner board and replace the current board -- to give me an HDTV with all else remaining the same? What would be the least expensive way to do this --if it's possible?

i have a sony DSC-P72 3.2mp digital camera thats having a major breakdown. it wont go on at all. ive gone through several sets of BRAND NEW batteries, theres no lock on it, but im having no luck getting it to stay on. the green power light flashes once and nothing happens after that.

We have direct TV. If I buy a DVR from a store or ebay, DO I have to have Direct TV hook it up for me. Also, if you buy one through Direct TV, they charge $5.99 a month. If I bought one elsewhere outright, do I still get charged the $5.99 monthly for use, or do I just hook it up and use it?

I spoke with a very rude woman in Direct TV customer service and she told me that it didn't matter where I got it from and how much I paid; it was theirs. If I terminate my Direct TV contract, I have to send the box back. I understand that I have to pay a service fee to use it with Direct TV and to keep the software updated but how can they claim that the box is theirs if I bought it independently?

If you do, what is your dish like, do you live in a house or apt, and how did they put the dish up?? B/c they just came out to put up a new HD dish and he says he can't do it b/c i weighs like 40 lbs and is twice the size of our current regular direct tv dish??? We live in an apt. and he was like " we don't put those up in apts" soooo like WTF!!! Now my husband is pissed b/c the only reason we were going to get HD is b/c we just got a 42 in plasma, and he's like well whats the point of having an expensive tv if we can't get hd?!?!?
