If some one calls you and you are on a pay phone do you still have to put money in the pay phone or is it free?

Normally it was in the past. Many drug dealers worked this way. People call them at the Laundromat or convenience store. Where I live pay phone are totally gone in the Capital city (about 10 years now) and slowly disappearing in the city I live. Because of Drugs we all suffer. But, in the Rural areas there are some phones if they show their number on the phone you can get a free incoming call. Drug Dealers may use them, but, no one going to drive that far for Dope. Ha!!!
