LG Chocolate Phone versus LG 8300?

Question

Just got the Chocolate yesterday and am worried about scratching, slider breaking, etc. since I can be somewhat hard on phones. Is this phone resilient or should I switch to the LG 8300, which is more traditional and like my last phone?

LG Chocolate do most advertising and looks cool. but 8300 is a fairly cool phone too. nice graphics and offer good functionality. it has a good signal strength. Personally I dont think Chocolate is a good phone. Its only their advertising and look like an iPod.
