broken screen?

I have an lg vx5200 and both screens are blue wont do anything i did not drop it i just took it out of my pocket and it was broken it still works but i can see anything so contacts and stuff r usless please help

call custermer service and theyll them you have trouble-shooting the will give you a the same phone but new for free!

Try turning your phone off, remove the battery for a few seconds, put it back in and turn your phone back on....hopefully it works sorry if it doesn't.

well if you fell or someone hit it, get a new damn fone
