I got it for Christmas and it didn't come with a i/o cord just the mini USB and My friend has the program but she can't give it to me, so I figured I'd write it myself. Does anyone know how?

Check out http://www.richland.edu/james/ti82/programs.pdf for some algebra programs, including Cramer's Rule.

You should really get a cable. There's a ton of stuff to download once you have one.
