Consumer Electronics - 8 December 2006

When I bought my PSP I got one in my local Currys on launch day last year despite the specialist retailers selling out through pre-orders. I though it may be the same with the Wii but no luck! Anyone else get one today? And where?! (UK)

I want to to buy a cordless phone and I have it narrowed down to two. They are both analog but have a corded base as well. Will using the corded base for more private calls be safer than using the cordless phone?

I don't really need a new mobile, my old one is a tad brick-like but it has nothing wrong with it and has a camera etc.

My hubby was asking me what I want for Christmas, I thought maybe one of these. Has anyone got either of the models in theor original design? Are they a good phone? And which design do you think I should get? I do love Cath Kidston and have done the kitchen in her stuff, my mobile would look fab in the kitchen lol

they are taking nintendo wii off the market because of a copywright issue. It seems that a california interlink company already had this idea about the trigger remote, such as the wiimote. They are now ceasing the nintendo wii because of this.

I am thinking about getting a new phone, but I do not want to have to rebuy music I already have on my computer. Something that pl;ugs in with a USB cable and is easey to use would be nice
