I'm planning to get a portable game system and am really fretting over this decision. Which is better, not just in terms of horsepower, but overall when everything (games, versatility, battery life, durability, etc.) is factored in? Also, I like RPG games if that helps.

It's brand new and I just installed the software and everything. I plugged it into the USB port and the little light on the power buttom turns blue, but when I use the "power" button, it won't turn on and show the "battery/charging" screen on the player. Also, it says it's not connected on my computer. So, what's going on? Also, would buying a not "creative brand" home charger be bad for my player? Like one off ebay, or is it fine too? Thanks.

Tomorrow will make it the second day. I'm not sure Wal-mart takes back things that have already been opened. I've brought a shield for the Ipod so it still looks brand new. I've just ripped open the paper that keeps the headphones and ub-something-cable in it. I have the receipt and everything, though, can someone save me the time and embrassasment from having them tell me it's unacceptable in front of a bunch of people?
