Tomorrow will make it the second day. I'm not sure Wal-mart takes back things that have already been opened. I've brought a shield for the Ipod so it still looks brand new. I've just ripped open the paper that keeps the headphones and ub-something-cable in it. I have the receipt and everything, though, can someone save me the time and embrassasment from having them tell me it's unacceptable in front of a bunch of people?

You can return it but make sure you reset it to get all the personal info off.

If it is defective, you can take it back. If there's nothing wrong with it, I'm thinking you are probably going to get told that it's yours now.
