ok i have a date with this girl i really like and im really nervous because i cant quite get the vibe of whether she likes me or not so im kinda scared to reach out and hold her hand or put my arm around her shoulder or anything like that cause i dont want her to reject me. WHAT should i do???????????????

First off... RELAX! Try to feel what kind of vibe she's giving off. If she's smiling, laughing and it seems like she's having a good time, then go for it. Hold her hand or put your arm around her. It's not really a big deal. Then she how she reacts. If she squeezes your hand back... It's all good. Always play it cool. Don't do anything that seems to make her uncomfortable and most importantly, try to have fun. Dating shouldn't be a miserable nerve-racking experience. Of course that's easy for me to say.

Anyway....you won't know anything if you don't try....so I suggest try. It can't hurt and you could be surprised. If you get a little rejected, don't worry, we've ALLLLL been there.
If you're at a movie or sitting next to each other, go towards her hand with yours slowly and kind of tickle or stoke her hand...you're almost there...then kind of put your fingers through hers in a gentle way. All she can do is pull away.
You could also always try the old trick of yawning, put your arms up in the air, and "magically" one can land around her when you bring them down....!

well is it really a date then? or are you just hanging out.
if she agreed to a date, she probably likes you. and don't be too forward. she'll give you signals with her body language if she wants physical contact. if she flirts by putting her hands on you, poking, teasing your hair or something, she digs you.
