I'm 14 and my mom just ordered me a cell phone from T-mobile.It's a Samsung camera phone. Today is the 18th, will my cell phone be delivered by the 20th at least? How long does it take to be delivered?
BTW, does the camera phone come with a cord where I can download pic into my Myspace?

I upgraded my phone in April using my company's premier account. At this time...i was told by in fact 2 customer reps.. that because of premier account even though i may sign a contract for 2 years i would be eligible for a phone upgrade every 6 months. This was the only reason why i bought the phone from company's premier website for 75$ instead of buying from amozon for make 50$ deal. So in effect 125$ more...
One of the customer reps. on insisting.. in fact went over the step by step procedure for upgrading my phone 6 months down the line..by selecting a new phone and then when the step for selecting plan comes...to click on upgrade phone only...
After all this... now i am being told that i cannot upgrade my phone for 21 months by one rep, 18 months by another rep and 12 months by another Supervisor.
Is there any step that can be taken for initiating a complain against this.? be it consumer services or legally?
Please let me know. Thanks

I bought the 5.99 watch b/c I'm a broke nursing student and teh thing didn't come with directions. Went nline & couldn't find Vextra home page. Watch has 4 buttons. TopL is "light", Bottom L is "Mode", Top R is "start" and bottom R is "Reset". Please help. I need to use this watch to take vital signs.

I listen to my Pro-97 every night. I got it programmed for my city's cops and fire. Pretty cool to know whats going on in your city. When I go outside I know what cops usually deal with and I know all of their radio codes!

does anyone have any experience with dvd repair kits? i have a dvd that only half of it works. could it just be scratches? i tried to rip the files and burn a backup but i ran into the same problem--only half of it worked (the same half as before).
i need to know if the dvd repair kits like the one in the link really work. and if scratches on a dvd would effect the ripping and burning of the files. would the scratch corrupt the data in the copy just like in the original?

I have two very large boxes of old mini-DV and Hi-8 tapes I have to get rid of. They have to be completely destroyed for legal reasons, so I can't just throw them out, and degaussing them one-by-one will take months.

Is there, like, a microwave-type degausser where I can just stick in a whole bunch at once and zap them? Or something?

I am moving into a two-level townhome and I am concerned about being asleep upstairs, and not hearing if someone breaks in downstairs. I would like to get those door and window alarms where you attach part of it to the door frame and part of it to the door and it sounds when they are opened. I've been browsing around and they seem really cheap, like 10 bucks, and that makes me skeptical. Anyone know what brands are good ones? I need one that is loud enough to wake me up upstairs.
