Not sure, since I've never had that problem... but I know you can buy new remotes either from the tivo website or I got a replacement from e-bay. I dropped mine on the floor and it didn't work right so I got a replacememnt... and all you have to do is program it to your tv again and it shoudl work just fine :)

Use The Same Manual Button On Front Of Unit.
(Does'nt Look Like Button) Remove Batteries From Remote. Crack Remote Open With FlatHead Screwdriver That Is Thin, Flat, And Wide. Replace Button. Before Reassembling, Clean Black Circuit Board Contacts With Clean Pencil Eraser.

nicely i won't be ready to stand TiVo ( blame Ashton ok.) yet relatively there is not any longer something on T.V that i've got self assurance the consistent ought to checklist and watch at a later date.... that's why they have re-runs, that and that i've got a lot of friends who only like to coach me repeatedly and over how theirs artwork. only like HDTV, in case you tell them it incredibly is stupid, they spend all their time exhibiting you each and each little component that makes it cool *attempt it it sluggish*

use the list button accros form the guide and then to get to the mainscreen where you can go to the to do list you just click left
