i know it's not the beste camera but i didn't want to spend much money on a camera for now

I have one and I like it a lot. It's small enough to fit in your pocket (barely). It takes great pictures and if your traveling and your batteries go dead; you can use standard AAA alkaline batteries. Get a 512 memory card and you'll be good to go.

A fine choice if I say so myself. :^)

It's a great camera. You will get alot of use out of it. Very dependable. Good Choice. I think Fuji is one of the top camera makers. I have several and they never fail me. I wish the batteries lasted a little longer but if they did then I'd probably just want more. Enjoy and send me a picture from the new camera.

I will echo all the above ! The Fuji camera is an excellent camera with needle sharp pictures , it also has a view finder which is absent on a lot of cameras notably my Richo R2 , how I miss that Fuji view finder ! .

for few more dollar i suggess go with A520 it use cheaper sd card while A500 use xD that is more expansive.

A520 is 4.2 mp but it does a very good job.
