should be fine...maybe just ran down the batteries. All you have to do is charge it if it's one that needs recharging or by new batteries.

Digital cameras have auto switch off if not used for a certain length of time , Settings are variable from the menu . Check your battery charge of course if the camera does not work. .

It's called a dead battery. Thats what happens when you leave something on all night.

Now go back in the cave that you came in and come back during the winter.

Have you checked the battery?

Recharged it? Most good digitals will turn themselves off if left on for a period of time. But probably your battery is drained.

No, it's fine.

The battery is probably 100% drained, but other than that, leaving it in the "on" position for 24 hours won't damage a thing.

That is, if that's all you did.

Probably not broke as long as it didn't fall during the night. I'll bet its battery needs replaced, though.

Depends on the make. Mine (Kodak) has an automatic shut-off. Just change the batteries. It probably works just fine.
