most cell phones should let you send a picture, but when you recieve it (and you dont have a camera phone) you will get a text message saying that you have a picture and it will give you a website and then you go to the website, type in your number, it sends you a password, and then it will let you look at you picture!

Well first off you have to have a camera phone, then you have to subscribe to the service to send pictures ( i use sprint and it's $5 a month) then you can send the pictures. Make sure your phone has a camera, internet, and picture sending capabilities.

all of them with picture messaging enabled (in the uk anyway)

I know virgin mobile def lets you send mms messages to email accounts
