I just got one and it screwed up my computer and I was wondering if any of you guys had the same prob...
i think it's a conspiracy on Microsoft's part, making it difficult to install the software and using the ipod nano on Windows, seeing as how the ipod is made by their rival, Apple. Hmm, i dunno.

use rechargeable lamps at home instead of electricity and actually save money. In the state I live in they went up on the electric bill again. What helpful things are you doing to save money on your lightbill each month. Thanks

I lost the directions to a new air conditioner so that's why I'm asking this. This may be a dumb question but on the remote it says delay and then has a picture of a clock with an arrow around it. It then has two more buttons on the side with a plus(+) on one and a minus(-) on the other. When pressing the plus button it starts at one and can go up to 12 degrees. Is there a reason for these buttons and if so what are they for and how do you use them to their fullest?

I don't know if I put this in the right section either...

I have to get rid of the headphones that came with my iPod Video 30gb, because they begin to irritate my ear after continuous use. I have been debating whether to get the apple in-ear headphones, or to get a pair of behind the head. I am looking for headphones under 50$, so if you have any suggestions, please give them to me.

If possible, I'd prefer to spend around $2000 max. I'd also like to avoid CRTs.

Heading to the Dayton Airforce Muesum tomorrow and most of the airplanes are indoors, under low lighting. I've taken practice shots inside my apartment with no lights on in the evening and I have the camera set at the following settings:

Apeture: F/2.8
Shutter Speed: 1/60
Flash: ON

Are these settings good enough for indoor shots under low lighting?

I've decided to buy this camera (anyone know of a better price than $650 after rebate?). However, my knowledge about storage media is not current and I could use some help deciding on what memory I should get for it initially.

The specs say that it supports both Memory Stick (including Pro) and Compact Flash storage (type I or II) and also supports FAT32 for cards greater than 2GB (I'm assuming they are talking about micrdrives here).

So, what's the difference for these types of media. Bearing in mind that this is a 10 megapixel camera that support RAW format, what would be the best choice for casual usage that costs a reasonable amount. Would a half gig card be sufficient or would I be better off with a 1 gig card? I can't see myself storing more than a 100 photos at a time on the unit. I prefer to max out the quality of my shots. Are there any speed issues for various types of memory?

I would especially love hearing from someone who owns this camera. What do you think of it

I got a region 2 DVD and a region 3 DVD today in the mail

My X-box won't play either one

I tried the region 2 on our old DVD player (c. 2002) and it worked fine. I haven't tried the region 3 yet.

So I'm wondering, aside from X-box, do DVD players in the US play any region coding or just specific DVD players... and if it's specific DVD players, what should I look for on the box that will let me know it'll work?
