I just got one and it screwed up my computer and I was wondering if any of you guys had the same prob...
i think it's a conspiracy on Microsoft's part, making it difficult to install the software and using the ipod nano on Windows, seeing as how the ipod is made by their rival, Apple. Hmm, i dunno.

Well, like I mentioned in my previous posts, I ran the installation disc that came with it. Autorun started, and the installation seemed to be progressing, but then it said, "the process was interrupted". I tried it again - same thing. Then I tried to put a non-revelant cd and guess what, the cd-rom drive had disappeared! Thankfully a smartiepants on this forum suggested I do a system restore and it worked! But i'm scared to keep my ipod for fear that more problems will arise. I dunno, i'm thinking of returning it...
