I think my boys got mad at each other, an ripped the jack out from the side of the guitar. I bought a replacement jack, but I only see one wire. Shouldn't there be two? If only one, where on the jack does it go as I see two available contacts? Thank you!

My daughter has special needs and her fine motor skills are such that she needs to be able touch the screen to be able to play a game. She gets very frustrated trying to use the mouse and then won't play. She needs to have something to do more independantly. They used a screen like this when she was in school but I can't seem to find out where to get one.

I have a Caravan 2006 that has the auxilliary jacks. I can connect the the mp3 player to the RCA jacks. But now what? I tried to turn it on my car stereo to no avail? (I have the FM transmitter as well, but would like to use the RCA/AUX connection if possible). The manual only says you can connect your mp3 player to your car stereo, but does not spell out the rest. What am i missing?

I bought this song (My Happy Ending by Avril Lavigne) and waited for it to load. I waited and waited and it still won't work! I tried stopping to download and starting it up again and it still stops at the same place on the download strip every time! What do I do?

anybody have a DVD recorder? im thinking of buying one because right now what we have is a regular camcorder, and it sucks when i have to transfer it to a VHS tape (which is already obsolete) for my mom.
questions:
1. with the DVD recorder -- can you really actually watch it as is on your DVD player?
2. is it rewritable? let's say you were to film an event for only 30 minutes and you still have some space left -- can you add more filming to that? and let's say there is a section of the film that you don't like, can you record on top of that?
3. any good brands? any recommendations?
4. is it worth it?

im just asking it over here because i come home late at night and the stores are already closed so i can't really ask the people who work there. i want to give it as a gift to my mom, and hopefully it's easy to use. she's been bringing this bulky camcorder everywhere and it's heavy for her. i saw that the dvd recorder is lighter.

The library won't take them scratched. some slouchy old guy deliberately stole them because I turned him in for talking sex to my 16 yearold sister. They won't believe my story because they claim that he has given a lot to the library so I had to either give them $50 for the replacemnents or replace them myself. I ordered all 3 of them off ebay. the first one had very minor scratches but the 2nd one had a ton of them even though the owner claimed it was "like new" and the final one hasn't come in yet, but its claim is that it is sealed in its original packaging. I want to know if sckip doctor, a machine that claims to get rid of scratches truly works.

I am planning to buy a pair of stereo speakers for listening to music.
I would like to know which speaker is better for Acoustic and Alternative rock music, Floor-standing or bookshelf speakers with sub-woofer? I also need a good amplifier to power them, model and brand. Although musical taste is highly subjective, I would like to know a general consensus.
