For me... Sony DCDDVD505
I records in Dolby sorround sound 5.1 real. Best image and still photos, it is a great camera, i brought it back on April, and i am still happy about it... Incredible quality...

None of the video recorders takes top quality photos. They are usually less than two mega pixel.
