the installation disc that came with my MP3 player installed windows media player 10 now i cant copy any of my cds and keep them on my computer? help

YOU NEED TO MAKE THE RIPPING SETTINGS RIP TO MP3 NOT WMA UNLESS IT ALSO PLAYS WMA. NEXT GO TO MY DOCUMENTS/MUSIC UNKNOWN ARTIST AND THE FILES SHOULD BE IN A DATED FOLDER, R. CLICK COPY AND NOW AFTER U HAVE CONNECTED YOU MP3 PLAYER, GO TO MY COMPUTER AND REMOVABLE DEVICES AND R. CLICK AND PASTE, DO NOT DISCONNECT TILL IT HAS FINISHED TO AVOID DAMAGE

first, always set a system restore point. .. and remove wmp10.. and put 9 back on... make sure you have service pack 2 in windows..otherwise, you will have trouble.....

uninstall med pl 10 and reinstall med pl 9, should fix it.
