In excel how can one lock a row from moving when you move along the sheet. I have a huge table with data and I need to have the table categories always visible

Microsoft is always getting sued for monopoly, but why isn't Apple? The iphone is monopolized by at&t, thier computers come with ready made software like the photoeditors and video editors and the safari, why doesn't corel and the others sue them for that?

You probably guessed I'm a windows user by now.
Oh, and does anyone think that the guy from the apple adversitements looks like an unemployed-living-on-his-parents-couch-lazy-badly-dressed excuse for a cool person.

I went out of town for a few days and while i was gone, my braindead cousin got online and pretty much, by the looks of things, downloaded the ENTIRE friggin' world wide web...
When i got back home and tried to check my email, the damage had been done.
Hundreds of pop-ups kept spawning one after another, critical system error notifications without end, internet explorer kept crashing back to the desktop, i was gonna try to delete some of the aquired pornsite STDs by going to the control pannel- add or remove programs...but nothing, not a single program was there. A blank box. An entire list of programs vanished, hidden? Ah,hell.....basicly i think my computer is about as close to useless as it has ever been....ever.
I need very badly some expert and professional assistance here! There is no way i can buy another computer...at least not anytime soon. Can anyone who knows how...give me some easy to follow step by step instructions on fixing everything back? Or is it even possible?

Is there a way to use Microsoft Excel to link a series of cells from one table to populate the cells of another in a record manner? For instance, if I wanted to input my transactions for the day and record them, can I use Excel to do this, or is this functionality only available in Microsoft's Access application? It would be great if I could use Excel so I don't have to buy Access.

Ok, I'm working on a spreadsheet for my security department. On the spreadsheet, we enter our beginning mileage and ending mileage when we drive the company vehicles. If they need gas, we have to refuel them and document this on the spreadsheet. However, we only refuel them about once every two days. So my question is. . .

How do I put a formula in to create a list of ONLY the times we refuel the vehicles?

I have multiple sheets in 1 file. One of those sheets is ONLY for refueling information. I want to find a way for it to automatically update the different sheets when I enter the refuel information on the mileage sheet.

Any help would be appriciated!!!

I am making an updated manual for my department on how to do stuff. I have a screenshot of a webpage and I want to add a circle around a particular spot on the image (in this case it is a link they are supposed to click on). I tryed creating a circle and dragging it over the desired spot but this just whites out everything in the circle area. How can I add JUST the outline of a circle to a pic so you can still see the pic? Does that make sense? Please help!

I need help!! My boss wants me to make a form that has a combo box that allows him to pick an employees name. He wants another cell that when you pick the name will default with that employees number. I have tried combo boxs and am not doing something right. Please help.
