how to make formula on excel?

i want to make formula on excel by puting every day high and low price of share and when new high or new low comes it will be assorted in that column

If you wish to know the maximum or minimum value in a range of cells, highlight the cells and use the =maximum(a:b) formula or the =minimum(a:b) formula where (a:b) is the addresses of the start and end of the range.

To sort (you cannot assort - check your English Grammar and spelling in the future) you use the sort function.
