ok let me explain i dont want people to say that disable all the programms that loads when the window starts.. bcz i already did that ^_^... plz dont tell me to disable all the visual effects and check some thing like "select for best performance"...bcz i turned them off and i already know about those...
the thing is when i start the window it says that to select something like this:
-windows vista
-earlier version of windows
- safe mode
({ i am sorry if they werent exactly the same :) }
i wanna get rid of that....can any1 plz help me... i also wanna get rid of window vista logo and its sound comes out when i start the window...plz help... i need it badly... it will be appreciated...
( ooo i forgot im using windows vista ultimate.. 32 bit.... 100 gb hard drive.. 512 memory.. compaq)

I would like to re-touch some of my photos, to get rid of some spots/zits that i have.
Does anyone know anyone who can do this for me?

Or a programme that I can use to re-touch my photos?
A free programme preferably... and quite simple to use, seeing as I'm not a computer expert.

I close the firefox window, then when i open it again i receive a message saying that firefox is still running but not responding and that i must close it before opening, how do i do this as it doesn't show up in task manager. Thanks

When ever I try to download a file my computer opens a window that asks me what to open the file with it says, mozilla(default), anyway mozilla will not open any of the files I down load, It gives
me an option to use another program, I just dont know which one and where to find it, so If someone could tell me what I need to do I would greatly apreciate it

I have several tabs which contain information from a standard questionaire, and a final tab where I put all the results together.
I need to write a formula that references the same cell in different sheets, so I can drag the formula and make it look like this:
'Sheet1'!A1
'Sheet2'!A1
'Sheet3'!A1

The problem is when I drag it, the sheet doesn't change, the cell changes. How do I get the sheet name to change?

Is there any linux live cds that will work on a ps2? I know there was a version of linux for ps2 that required a hard drive, but they don't sell the kit in the US anymore

I am using Windows 2000 SP4, but it just hangs in middle leaving nothing in processing the screen just stands still, with no mouse movement (cursor remains on same position) numlock light deosnt give any response either and so caps and scroll lock.

I recently installed windows XP SP2, problem still exists but not dense as Win 2000, but when XP SP2 does the same gives blue screen with those same instructions and file or driver says machine_(something)_Exception.

This gives me an idea it cud b some hardware issue that i m supposed to do? IS there any tool/utility that checks my motherboard, including processor slot/ PCI slots/ AGP slots and whatever things are there on board and tell where the prob is??

pls help me ... it makes me cry i m stuck to nowhere!

Media Player for my computer...Heres the thing. I'm trying to watch a dvd in my computer. This is the wierd part. I can see the video, but the video is like upside down!!! i downloaded this program that turns MPEG AVI DIVX and others into something that i can burn it in a DVD disc...everything is good to go except i have to choose a DVD RECORDER to start the burn but in the DVD RECORDER thing nothing comes out....HELP!! PLEASE!!
