I just opened garage band on mac. I added a song from itunes and recorded along with it. The problem is, you cant hear me, you only here the other singer. IS there ANY way to take the voice out of the song i downloaded. extract it so that its just the music?? please help. thanks so much in advance =]]

I bought a laptop off of ebay. I bought is "as is" but they said it was in condition. But it contains beastiality and child porn files. Do i report the people who sold it to me, they said it was used before them though so do i tell them and let them report the previous person? Or do i just restore windows and forget or report them?

I have just started using VSO convertXtodvd to burn my avi video files to disc the only problem I have is that I am using memorex DVD-R and when I go to watch the dvd on my dvd players it states unknown disc can anyone help please as I am new to burning dvds.

When i download a movie thats is 4GB file size, the average download speed is around 30-40 KB/s. And it takes hours to finish downloading. So how can i increase the download spee?

I'm trying to change songs purchased on Napster from wma to mp3. When making CDs from the songs they don't working properly in my car CD player. I guess my car does not allow wma (?) - 2002 Ford Escape with a mach system (I think). I've tried to download some free converter programs from download.com but they either get stuck during download or error out.
Are there any good programs that will convert from wma to mp3? I don't mind paying a little bit of money (maybe up to $20 to $30) but some don't even have a trial period to test out.
I'm not really saavy with computer stuff so I would like a pretty basic program - no fancy bells or whistles.

i do not want to download it again because i didn't download it- it was put on from my computer and i clicked Delete from library and disk. i didn't think it would delete it from my whole computer. How do i find it again its important? please help, thankyou

Also can I remove Internet Explorer 7 to reinstall it and save my "favorite/bookmarks" to use with the new downloaded Internet Explorer? The recent updated Internet Explorer 7 keeps giving me the same error Smart Bridge Alert message upon start up of my computer.

I have a dell computer and i just deleted an account and told it to delete the account, but save the files. However, when I looked to find my limewire (please don't yell at me.. i know i should just buy my music) it wasn't in any files. Is there anyway i can set my computer back a day or anything. Please help, I have all my songs on that and I REALLY don't want to have to download them all again.

I've been using DVD Shrink with Nero to burn DVD's for a long time, always works wonderful.
But yesterday I downloaded an AVI DVD Rip, watched it on my computer and everything was perfect quality and sound.
I used Nero Vision Express [for the first time] to transcode the file from AVI to VOB so that it would burn to my DVD+R disc, and it DID.

However- a few problems occured:

A] there was a small layer at the bottom of the picture that was fuzzy the entire movie.
B] the audio was out of sync with the picture by about 1/2 of a second the entire movie.
C] the "skip forward a scene" and "rewind back a scene" options didnt work, as if the movie was all one big scene.

do you know what went wrong??

Are there any decent free photo programs I can download to alter a regular picture and change it so it looks like it is drawn?

I know it can be done pretty simply but the one I have on my computer it had "copyright" and "watermarks" all over every photo because its not a free program.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone know the name of a FREE programme that will allow me to remove dust and scratch marks from old photographs?

I know that I ned to use Import and Export but my current Favorites do not match the files in my "Favorites" folder in WIndows Explorer. Bizarre but true. So where are the current files saved do you think? And what else can i do? Thanks
