Ok i have read and tried all of the other posts and no of them work for me...Because when i end process on my iexplorer.exe it comes right back. I dont even use internet explorer i use firefox. idk what to do. someone help.

idk...when i try to install the photoshop it comes up saying that i have to close internet explorer first...all the other post have things saying end the iexplorer.exe in task manager...ive tried that it dont work ive tried restarting...and downloading different install programs...the all do the same thing...i even downloaded the free trial from adobe and it does it

There are so many possible computer configurations, software mixes, anti-viruses, firewalls and such out there. It is almost impossible to lay installation problems at one door.

You are entitled to free installation support. You can call installation support at 800-642-3623. That is where I would start!

what does ie or firefox have to do with photoshop?
