How I can email them to myself if I don't know where the files are?

It's much simpler then that. If you are running XP then just copy the contents of the "Favorites" folder and past it into the favorites folder of the new or second computer. It is always a good idea to save a copy of your favorites folder anyway. Then when you need to do a system reinstall you won't have to go out on the web and find all of your "favorite" web sites again.

My Computer/"C"/Documents and Settings/ Click on your account folder, the favorites folder is there. Open it and copy the contents to a CD or a thumb drive. Then follow the same path in the second machine, but this time just paste the contents into the "Favorites" folder. When it says that there is already a file with the same name, tell it to overwrite that file.

If you want to do the same thing with your Address Book, then that is when you need to do an "Export". It's pretty much the same deal. Open the Address book, click "File" and the "Export". If you are using Outlook Express, export as a "WAB". To install your Address Book on a different machine, just open the new Address Book and click "File", and then "Imoprt". Navigate to the place where you saved the file, IE, yur thumb drive, etc, and then click "Ok" or "Import", etc.

If you are using IE...
File > Import and Export > Next > ...and continue
Place the bookmark file in a place that's easy to find and then email it.

If it's windows XP you can use the files and settings transfer wizard! Tis in the start menu.

If not just copy your favorites directory from your old machine to the new one? Find them at:

C:\documents and settings\$USER$\

This is assuming the same version of IE of course....

To find your "Favorites" folder, don't go here :

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Favorites

Go here instead :

C:\Documents and Settings\(your login name)\Favorites

If you still can't find it, try doing a Search, because your Favorites folder has got to be in there somewhere.
In the Search Box, type one of the link names in your Favorite. That should do the trick.

You could e-mail them to yourself then login on the other computer and visit them then add to favorites:)
