why is this not working, why is MQS not able to view these queues

I ordered a CD when I got my photos developed at the drugstore.
Ok, I now have the CD but how do I download it and how do I go
about 'finding' them so I can put them on our family site for the rest of the fam to see? I have a Dell. Please help as I've tried over and over with no luck. Thank you so much

my computer crashed and i lost everything, i had to restore it and when i got it back i lost all my pics and music and anything i had put on it. what i was wondering is there a way to get atleast my pics back .... (I have XP if that helps ) thx

Some sites require a Real Player 10.5 plugin update to run properly, but there is no 10.5 for Mac OSX. Is there a way to get around this? Does anyone have any idea how long it will be until they release n update for Mac?

I have a load of DLL files it seems on my computer. I want to remove the ones that not needed by my computer. Any idea where I can get free software to remove the unwanted DLL files at ease. I want to do a clean up of my computer also remove duplicated files which I have a lot of, but the problem is knowing which ones to remove.

I am thinking about buying a Dell laptop, however they only give the option of vista, i would like XP because i am not sure if my old programs on XP is compatible with vista, plus i heard there are lots of bugs with vista yet. I have the disc for XP, so once i get the laptop can i reformat it to XP? thanks so much for all yall help
