Where can i find Linux Administrator resumes ?

I recently went thru a training program on Linux Admin, and i'm a fresher in this area. Though a fresher in IT itself. Any suggestions / advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

A local Linux user group or LUG is a great place to meet people offering and looking for Linux administrators. There are a couple lists of them out there, and nearly all have their own web site.
