Download the AVG Free Edition scanner, scan her computer, and send those viruses to the vault permanently.

Also download Ad Monitor, and do the same.

Buy a Anti-Virus program/software. Install and scan for a possible virus. Good Luck.

Norton Anti virus does a really good job of cleaning things up
