Anytime i try to open some of my documents i found out that it has already been duplicated and opening one of them takes me to explorer revealing all my stored information, I was told it is a virus can someone please help on how to download an antivirus that will get rid of the problem

You might want to consider spending the $39 per year for AV protection. It's worth the time and aggravation saved.
I just picked up Norton 2007 - 3 license - for $9.99. Watch ads in Sunday paper. Office Max, Office Depot, Best Buy, etc.

I suggest you just buy one in a shop or something. And do not put in any passwords or security stuff!
