I need to foward all of my emails from my Outlook to my associate's computer while I am out of town so that he can take care of my business emails.
How can I do this?

I believe you can set up a rule to forward all email.

Your IT support can grant his access to your mailbox and he can add it into his Outlook and see both at the same time.

I do this all the time for people going on leave.

Otherwise, Use the Rules Wizard in the Tools menu to manually forward them.
