i wan to kmow if limewire is free, or is there another one? preferably one that tells what songs are mp3's or wma's or whatever before you download.

Well, I been using classic windows theme on XP for a long time because I'm such a
bare-bones user. Today I figured I'd tinker around with a theme or 2 and actually
use the "current" windows XP start menu. I actually like it, so I've decided to
stay.

The problem is.. You know where you would normally see programs that you use
frequently in the start menu? Mine dont record. Stop me if I'm mistaken, But if i was to open notepad up.. On the left side of the start menu.. wouldnt it automatically place notepad there because I frequently used it?

I assumed, I'd load a program up and it'd automatically go into that section of the
start menu. I've loaded several programs actually. Nothing. I even tried loading the same
application several times. Nothing again.

I checked the properties>start menu>customize>general> Number of programs on start
menu is 6..

Sooo, the question is, why wont it record my programs I use often?

Does anyone know of a good DVD copying tool for Mac. No I don't want to convert it to .mpeg or .avi, I want to directly burn it to a DVD-R from a DVD.

I've installed the Adobe InDesign trial version to try it out for a few days, but when I open the program, it said "Thank You for evaluating this software. Click here to buy it." when I've haven't even try it for 1 time. Can someone help me?

I used to be able to plug in my digital camera and download my videos that I took and the view in real player would be a small icon of what the video is, but now for some reason, after I installed another program on my computer, the only icon it shows is the real player icon. Even though I changed the default player back to real player, I still cannot get the icon to show up on the videos when I download them into my picture files. Any help on how to reset the setting in real player would be appreciated. Thanks!

Does anyone know where to locate a mov file converter so it can be play on Window Media Player? I have tried many converter and they were all on trial period and have limited access (can only convert 60%).

Any mov converted that is free and can convert 100%? Please advise.

Hi. My laptop's hard drive was replaced--meaning I lost everything on it. I use a Mac and had Microsoft Office on it. I still have the install cd but no more key codes. Can I install without a key code if I had it on that computer before? If not, can I just buy a key code from Microsoft instead of a brand new Office install CD?

I know my password to turn off Filevault, and I can get to the screen where it is decrypting my information. When it finishes, however, I get an error message saying there was an error in copying the files and says filevault will remain on for this computer. What is wrong? Any ideas on how to fix it?

The family computer hard drive has been sectioned to prevent anyone deleting system files. There is now a C,D,E,F and G drive. The drive is 30GB and the C drive is now at its full capacity.

I need to redistribute one of the sectioned drives back onto the C drive to create more space, how do i do this? can it be done via windows or is it a hardware issue?

how come all these p2p file-sharing programs come out when its illegal to download the stuff from them? and why do people use them anyways? are people TRYING to get arrested? sometimes people are too stupid to spend money on an album at the store.

Okay. So the most recent iTunes program I downloaded won't load. It will let me install it, uninstall it, reinstall it, and it still has the same problem. Same thing goes for if I redownload the installation program.

The program will let me install it and accept the first thing of terms and agreements. However, when I try to load the program, another "Terms and Agreement" screen loads, but it comes and goes so fast I can only make out what it is with my Print Screen button. That's all that the program will load, and then that screen will go away and the program closes.

I've already checked the iTunes website, and it doesn't have a description about what to do if this problem occurs! What do I do?
