how come all these p2p file-sharing programs come out when its illegal to download the stuff from them? and why do people use them anyways? are people TRYING to get arrested? sometimes people are too stupid to spend money on an album at the store.

Using the program by itself does not make you liable for arrest. Only if you download copyrighted material using it, will you be in danger of being arrested. Its what you share and download that could get you in trouble with the law.

Why are some people stealing others money when they know they will go to jail.

Why do people smoke when they know it's not good for their health.

Why do people drink and drive when they know they might hit somewhere and die.

These soft-wares are created for people who have a don't care about anything attitude.

These soft-wares are created for people who would like to get any thing free of cost i.e they don't like the idea of spending

These soft-wares would not exist if everything was free.

No one likes the idea of paying, that is the truth.

LimeWire is supposed to be used but people use it for illegal reasons. The main development was to share photos, videos, and songs MADE BY YOU. But people caught on and learned how easy is to use it illegally.
