I used to be able to plug in my digital camera and download my videos that I took and the view in real player would be a small icon of what the video is, but now for some reason, after I installed another program on my computer, the only icon it shows is the real player icon. Even though I changed the default player back to real player, I still cannot get the icon to show up on the videos when I download them into my picture files. Any help on how to reset the setting in real player would be appreciated. Thanks!

it seems to me like the new program is causing a problem with real player......try updating to a newer version of realplayer if one is available......also, check to see that the options on your camera haven't been changed to record in a differnet format.....
