Okay. So the most recent iTunes program I downloaded won't load. It will let me install it, uninstall it, reinstall it, and it still has the same problem. Same thing goes for if I redownload the installation program.

The program will let me install it and accept the first thing of terms and agreements. However, when I try to load the program, another "Terms and Agreement" screen loads, but it comes and goes so fast I can only make out what it is with my Print Screen button. That's all that the program will load, and then that screen will go away and the program closes.

I've already checked the iTunes website, and it doesn't have a description about what to do if this problem occurs! What do I do?

Apple has had a lot complaints recently about Itunes not working.
The only advice I could give you is to scan your computer for viruses. I had that same problem and couldnt figure out why, but that might be the problem. If that doesn't help then you're out of luck.
