I want to create a site for editing music. Would dreamweaver be a good program to use or flash macromedia

You'd have to use Java or an ActiveX control. Dreamweaver is typically for people who don't want to learn web code and is very limiting. Flash may not have the capabilities needed to parse the data stream of an audio file.
