Software - November 2006

I just woke up one morning and found out that I can not "paste anything from the clipboard anymore. What happens everytime I press "Ctrl+C" is it makes a "space." I did not do anything nasty that I could remember. I tried rebooting the PC many times. My OS is WIndows XP. Please give serious help...Thanks.

The file is i beleave for movies and also its not playing in Window Media and Asampoo media player. i tried to play it on the VLC player but im not sure if its me doing it wrong or its not suppose to play.

In the old AOL Instant Messanger (i seriously doubt it, but i think it was version 4.9) you could direct connect and like click f12 to record a sound and send it like in the same window. I just got AOL Instant Messanger Triton (the newest one... whatever it is). How exactly do you do this? I think I get the part of direct connect, but how do you record and send? Like you have the microphone, you click, you record, and you can send it like a file, just that it's a recording and it's not really saved. I really liked that "feature" and i want to know if you can do it on AOL Instant Messanger Triton. Thank you!

Before V7.5, when AVG running test, it would take about 40 minutes and scan 50,000+ items and show a lot of things it was checking. the new one is running in 8 minutes and scans only show for Kernal 32dll and shell 32dll and total items scanned as 5,855. I believe I may have had bad download. Have downloaded three times. Please advise if this result is correct for the new product or is it not functioning properly?

Please note, I am not looking for advice on running any different anti viral products as have been very happy with AVG in the past.

that says "conversion in process"..nothing happens. When I get an attachment from an email, and click on download file and then click on run either nothing happens and I can't see the file or I get a box that says conversion in process and nothing changes. What is wrong? How can I fix this? Once in a while it works and I can see the attachment file, but usually not.Thanks

I tried using microsoft word but I couldn't edit, I tried using paint but the whole document doesn't get scanned. I would like to know what am I doing wrong.
