Does anyone know what's the best dating site software? (not necessarily the most popular)?

My friend is looking for a software to buy that can be modified to her own needs but can't find any reviews on anything. There are some like aedating and Dolphin, but are they the best? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
