I need itunes playlist help!!!!!!!?

I have a older version of Itunes and want to get the new version (Itunes 7.0)but when I change over, my playlists are deleted. how do I save my playlist's and transfer them to the new itunes?

I have no idea. I just updated my iTunes as well and that didn't happen to me.
