If sims 2 wont work can you suggest the computer spec which it needs to run well?

I have a bunch of charts on paper (in fact PDF). What I don't have is the numbers that lie behind the charts. Is there a way of scraping these off, short of getting out a ruler?

A follow up to my last question, which is now out of time. (what a weird system this is?)
I cured my non working IE7 by running Internet Options, Advanced, Reset Internet Explorer settings. This clears various add-ons, resets history etc. etc. And now it all works, without affecting the other user, which is me. I re-enabled a few things that I thought this user would need.
Hope this helps anybody in a similar position. You can run this reset through the IE7 Tools drop down too, if your IE7 is working enough to do it.

In Excel I have two columns one for days (A1=M, A2=T, A3=W) and another for hours (B1=3, B2=5, B3=5). What formula can I use to first identify the first cell with the largest value- 5 and then identify the first day that had the 5 hours? When finished I would like to have a cell showing 5 and an ajacent cell showing the first day it occurred T.

I am keeping track of fund raising activities at a school and was pondering using Oracle Express to track the donations and where the money goes, who gave etc. I could just use a couple of spreadsheets. But as I haven't set things up yet I was thinking it could be an opportunity to learn some Oracle via their scaled down and free Express version. To create a small (say 5000 records) database with subtotals for people and so on - would Oracle Express be too complex for a beginner? I have other computer experience (operating systems, networking.) Thanks.

i installed windows IE 7 yesterday not the first time to do so ...

it starts fine but when i try to close a tab the whole program closes with it the happns with downloads also when adownload is done -finished- and it's closing again the whole IE close
