I want to install windows 98 & windows xp on a single logical partition / drive. But windows does not support that. plz tell me how to do it?

1 partition = 1 os, reformat drive with 2 logical partitions

Yes windows does support it. When you install the Windows OS is askes you how you want the hardrive partitioned. When you continue the install it askes you where do you want windoes installed. I would install windoes 98 on the first partition then the XP on the second partition. Then there is a boot.ini that tells you how to boot them.

Thatz not possible buddy. You can install only one OS in a partition. Better format the disk into partitions to install more than one OS.

The best way is to use partition manager.Use dual boot configurator and install second OS

You can install Virtual machine And on this install another OS

You cannot do it and it is also not recommended. Install them in two different logical drives.

I've done this before. Windows ME with Windows XP until my computer won't start anymore and I have to send my computer to technician.
