help please someone -true crime game?

i bought this game true crime and it should work on my laptop i installed and everything, but it keeps saying that the true crime has errors and a error log is bieng created how do i fix this and get to play the game

you can't this happens to me it keeps freezing on the gamecube even when i just bought it and it surly won't work on your laptop
