i need a program's name that you can watch tv with, without a tv card, there is a program but which one pleeeeaaaase?

One site is listed below. You really can't watch whatever you want without a tuner card, as most local channels don't broadcast over the Internet. The stations on the net that broadcast current shows mostly do so for a fee. If you want local channels though, you'll need a tuner card.

Sorry it is impossibe!! I treid this and thougth that but you cannot watch tv without a lieence so you have to connect to tv port whoch costs money.
